Goods purchased on the website can be returned if you change your mind, or they are not required. They must be returned in original condition, with tags or packaging remaining intact. If you would like to return your purchase in these circumstances, please notify us by email or telephone within 14 days of purchase, and return the items within a further 14 days (28 days total).
Damaged Goods
Should your purchase arrived damaged, please notify the carrier upon receiving delivery. You should also contact us to let us know the situation, and we will arrange the return of the items.
Faulty Goods
Should your goods become faulty or fall below the standard for which they were designed, then you should return them to us if they are still within their warrenty or guarentee period. Please contact us should this arise.
