Your Data:

Customer Data

If you place an order on this website, we store the data you enter during the purchase/booking process. This data includes:

Name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number.This data is required in order for us to fulfil your order.

In addition, we also store a record of order history. This data is stored to improve customer experience.

Mailing List

We store your name and email address for the purpose of sending you marketing emails. We appoint Tynedale Websites to control this data for the creating and sending of our emails, and for managing the data. We do not share this data with any other 3rd parties, nor use it with any 3rd party services.

We record information on how you use the emails we send you, such as if you open them and if you click on any links within them.

If you wish to receive email updates, YOU MUST subscribe at the Mailing List page.

You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time at the same page. All emails sent to you also include an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

You will receive an email on an annual basis to ask you to resubscribe to the mailing list. You will need to do this to remain on the mailing list. If you don't resubscribe, your email address will be deleted from the mailing list system. You are still free to subscribe again at any time.

Contact Forms

If you use a contact form, your data is sent directly to our secure server, and then emailed to the recipient. Your data is not stored in our database. We can't guarentee the security of the information you send before it reaches us. Using unsecured connections such as those found in public spaces can pose a risk to your data being intercepted.

IP Address

This site monitors IP addresses of its visitors, for security reasons. 

Anonymous Data

For analytical purposes, anonymous data is collected by Google Analytics and such data does not contain any personal identifiable records of any user.

3rd Party Services

We appoint Tynedale Websites to control data gathered by this website and to store backups. We do not share this data with any other 3rd parties, nor use it with any 3rd party services.

Your 'Right to be Forgotten'

You can manually delete the addresses held on your account, by signing in and choosing the Addresses tab within the Account area.

If you wish for us to delete your account, you can request this by signing in, and choosing the GDPR Request tab within the Account area.  Submit a message and we'll carry out your request.
