We have Bikes suited to all the various nationally graded types of riding in Kielder. Whether you are out for a leisurely ride along the Lakeside Way or keen to test your skills on the more technical trails in the forest.

Our bikes are maintained to a very high standard; cleaned and checked after every hire to ensure you get the best possible experience when hiring one of our bikes.

If you wish to explore the North East's longer cycle routes (e.g. The Sandstone Way, Hadrian's Cycle Path, Coast and Castles, C2C, Reivers Route, Pennine Cycle Way), delivery and collection can be arranged to fit in with your trip.

We accept cash, cheques (with guarantee card) and all major credit cards, except Amex.

Helmets are included in our hire price.

When you collect your hire bike we will require a debit/credit card or passport to be retained during the hire period as a security deposit.

As mountain biking is an outdoor activity, if you are unsure about riding in all weather conditions it is advisable not to pre book, as we cannot offer refunds due to bad weather (deep snow an exception).

It does get very busy at Weekends and during peak periods (school holidays, bank holidays etc.), so we would always advise that you book in advance.
